The objective of this project was to reduce heat entering the apartment and protect the furnishings from sun damage. The client did not want to lose any light.
We achieved 59% heat reduction and 99.9% UV rays as well as 97% Infrared reduction.
Once installed it was almost undetectable from the naked eye.
The added bonus the client achieved was not knowing it was installed from the exterior as well as the interior.
Many buildings in Melbourne have owners corporation rules that don’t allow any colour change to the exterior of the building.
By using a high grade product such as 3M Prestige 70 all the requirements were met.
